This full time one year course offers you a nationally recognised qualification in hospitality supervision. This course is designed to prepare you for supervisory or management roles in the hospitality industry specialising in the particular area of food service.
On successful completion, with outstanding commitment and attendance, this programme will enable you to progress into the hospitality industry. This course will prepare you for supervisory or management roles in hotels, restaurants, hospitals, contract catering and events specialising in the food service area.
